Nutella holds a special place in a lot of people’s hearts.

Capitalizing on this love, we developed Nutella’s social platforms by leveraging the passion surrounding the brand to increase sales among longtime users, and inspire trial among nonusers.

On social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr and Instagram, we created a voice for Nutella that is joyful, upbeat, smart and concise, giving insight to the product and uniting these distinctly different platforms without confusing the overall Nutella community.

Despite multiple platforms, all posts worked together to form a powerful unified network designed to entertain, educate and expand the joy of Nutella, ultimately encouraging people to engage with the brand on a social level.
